Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at yaadwataan@gmail.com or via 'contact us' page, with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products
• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at yaadwataan@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
